Super clean and the staff is excellwnt
Conveniently located between Jeffersonville, Callicoon, and Bethel, but far enough from the road so it's quiet and peaceful. The host is also very, very friendly and accommodating.
Very nice and personal place thank you for housing the guests of the circus bus party bus. The family owners served us well and live here too, they also tended to all our needs and were very laid back but effecient. You can take a walk through the trails in the back or go upstairs and play pool darts or air hockey. Every room has microwave and fridge and free breakfast is great. Love this place. Bathroom with shower in every room even the ones that are not for sleeping! Awesome!

Great exprience, staff is accommodating, close to the bethel grounds, this will be our go to place any time we go to future concerts.
